SimplizIT LLC ("SimplizIT," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SimplizIT platform, which provides AI-powered dispatch, scheduling, and communication services for field service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services:

Business Information: Company name, address, phone number, email, and service details provided during account setup.
Customer Information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and service addresses of end customers, as provided by our business clients.
Worker Information: Names, phone numbers, GPS location data (during active shifts only), skills, and schedules of field technicians.
Communication Data: SMS messages sent and received through our platform for appointment coordination.
Usage Data: How users interact with our platform (login times, features used, API calls).

How We Use Information

Dispatch technicians to job sites based on proximity, skills, and availability
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and ETA notifications via SMS
Process inbound customer messages (cancellations, questions, rescheduling)
Track worker locations for accurate ETA calculations during active shifts
Generate invoices and service records
Improve our AI dispatch algorithms

SMS Messaging

Our platform sends SMS messages to customers and workers for service coordination purposes. Messages include appointment confirmations, ETA notifications, reminders, and job updates. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide our services:

With AWS for cloud hosting and communication delivery (SMS via SNS, email via SES)
With the business client whose customer or worker data it is
When required by law or legal process

Data Retention

GPS location history: 24 hours (automatically deleted)
SMS message logs: 30 days
Job records and customer profiles: Retained while account is active
Account data: Deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request

Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 via AWS KMS). Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. We follow AWS security best practices for our cloud infrastructure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@simplizit.io. Business clients can manage their customer and worker data directly through the platform.
